Need help urgent (false bans)

I've been recently receiving bans on multiple accounts, one getting permanently banned for macro major and now my second minor bot busting.

I want to make it clear i've been playing this game for over a decade and i know the rules and what is right or wrong. I have not have any sort of software regarding macroing nor have i used any.

I am playing on the runelite client and since the previous 2 bans i've turned off all my runelite plugins to be sure it wasn't the problem (only ever used a few greenlighted plugins by jagex) In any case, during this ban the plugins were off and i've never used any plugins on this account.

It's impossible to reach out towards jagex and i've been playing this game fairly and i'm receiving underdeserved bans and no one is able to help or identify the problem!

Even the osrs forums and discord are hopeless, no real answers or help. I'm also 100% certain that my account havent been breached/hacked.

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable, it means that the
Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct
and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.


If you use 'unautorized add-ons/plugins' added to RuneLite, which are prohibited to use playing RuneScape, RuneLite advised by Jagex/JMods (picture below), chances are that you are banned because of gaining an unfair advantage.

for god sake someone refer a moderator to me Switching them off ... you are too late.
They shouldn't be there at all ... regardless if you decide to use them or not.

I haven't used any runelite plugin whilst getting this ban. i've turned off any plugin while getting my first ban.

This was more than a month ago, i haven't used this account with the plugins i previously had on.

Also they weren't prohibited from using, and greenlighted and used by streamers aswell, in any case they weren't on during this ban.

Still need some serious help here

All I do know is that there was nothing that should have flagged the account for illegitimate client usage of Runelite (plugins turned off) prior to this ban and never used any plugins related to the account.

I know what you're saying, I'm ruling out runelite plugins with this ban.

I've been using runelite since its release, and now mostly because it's from their webpage itself

How am i receiving 3 bans in 1 month, and you're telling me its because i play on runelite, the official client jagex aproves and have on their webpage?

common now, i need a real moderator about this, this is absolutely ridiculous

4 years ago i had the same thing, it's somehow becoming a cycle, except this time the jagex help centre has become totally unreachable, the only people who get in contact with them are the famous streamers.
