Ridiculous false bannings

A major macroing ban can be issued for this sort of activity if at any point since the accounts creation it was detected. Sometimes they don't issue them right away for a variety of reasons.
However that being said, Jagex will not deny an appeal unless they have verifiable evidence. It sounds like you may have been given a second chance, or they weren't fully sure the first time around that they allowed you to successfully appeal the account.
My suggestion for you to not get banned on your Ironman is to play fair and clean. Don't use any sketchy clients aside from the Jagex Launcher, Runelite, or anything else they confirm as safe. Also, don't use any sort of mouse macros or hot keying that is more than 1 to 1 (1 press for 1 action).

I mean yeah as mentioned above it does appear that your account has been flagged more than once for it along with the previous successful appeal.
They clearly have evidence to the contrary so I don't think there's much that can be done now other than ensuring you're not falling foul of the rules next time!
