How do i remove the upgrade i made to jagex account??? im tired of putting in authenticator everytime i want to log in. it doesnt have the option like the old signing in. jagex always finds a way to make things so difficult. i understand people get hacked. but if you have authenticator active it shouldnt be a issue to just go back to how it was.

there's no turning back, the process is irreversible.

Authenticator isn't a bad safety tool, ask that at the many players who got hacked/hijacked over the years because they hadn't Aunthenticator installed.
Also Jagex/JMods may decide themselves to scale/upgrade/update account security to bring down a lot of massive claims of accounts stolen, at the end it is '
Jagex's Digital Property
' and for future (other) games it might be a great benefit.

highly annoying i need to play via jagex launcher instead of just launching runelite. and i need to always enter in my authenticator i cant hit remember this computer etc. It's there for security purposes and you are given a warning prior to upgrading that informs you that the process is irreversible .

Where I have the Official Client 'installed' you are able to choose for runelite when you click on 'Official Client' and see another choice coming up.

When you click on 'RuneLite' it will change into 'install' and it will get your client to your computer, so you can play with 'RuneLite'.

The New Jagex accounts seriously screwed things up...I upgraded all my accounts to jagex and now they won't work through that and some accounts are missing....a bunch of freaking idiots, these people are....

So I suggest ..DO NOT UPGRADE TO THIS ....just use regular Username and Password...

Switch the launcher off and restart it to refresh its update/upgrade protocol.

After that you are able to restart your '
Jagex Launcher
' which automaticly will search for any new updates/upgrades and install them instantly, possibly solve your problems.
