ima keep it short and simple i want the full chat log of my mute on my iron man account. the user name is aerosol. if a mod can help me receive the full chat log that would be great. main reason for my ban is i called someone gay after they told me to kms and de iron and not to raid with me because i died in a toa. keep in mind i didn't even raid with the people that were roasting me. But when i click the see evidence it only shows my chat. seems a little unfair. once again the user name of the account with the mute is aerosol.

The full chat log is only saved if you did an in-game report on the other player.
Instructions: Report a player

As it stands, your language was picked up on ChatWatch but the full chat log with context was not.
You needed to do that in-game report! :|

Depending exactly what the other player said, their account might also have been picked up on ChatWatch and might also have been muted. Like you, they would only see their own chat in evidence.
An in-game report captures the whole conversation, not just the words/phrases that trigger a ChatWatch detection.

why in the world do you not just star out the word if its an instant mute????? and what kid of one sided bull shit is that? it only shows my chat that is unreal???? I doubt they are muted unless kys, de iron, and cheese cape are on the list. sad thing is some mod reviewed it an denied my appeal. such a garbage company only shows me calling the dude gay for being a ass hat. They started the whole thing. insta flaming me when i went to loot my items from the chest. Now i get muted for 10 days and can do any callout for any raid content due to this snowflake chatwach.

The rules say not to use bad language, especially targeted at someone. It doesn't matter if someone else starts something, if you respond in kind, you can get in trouble also. And because you did, this popped up. Just because they started it, that doesn't magically void the rules to let you respond in kind.

The other person might've received an offense also we dunno, but Jagex isn't going to show someone else's chat log. There's privacy issues (and laws Jagex has to follow) there where it's between Jagex and that player.

You have the ability to report them, and also to ignore list them. Iggy listing is a lovely tool tbh...solves a lot of problems.

Ignore them, they don't get the response they want, and you can continue doing what your group was doing. That's how you defend yourself with trolls, not giving them the reaction they want. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

If they are going to handicap my account i want to see the full chat. It kinda does matter if someone starts something. its not like I told the guy to kill him self like he did to me. Context is very important fact of the matter is my response back to the person was more of a complement in 2023. this game has gay pride days. and gay pride events.

What happened to you in the first place had to be reported instantly to Jagex/JMods to make a case against the other player.

Instead you broke your case by opposing him/her with a counter-attack and that was reported to Jagex/JMods which made you lose your right to complain about said situation.

My advise to you is, ... report such issues instantly when they will happen again and refrain from responding back, even if it might hurt you badly, as some rottenness do know how to play such situation to their own benefit.

It doesn't matter how you do value said counter-attack, you shouldn't counter-attack in the first place ... it isn't worth doing.

Also, the evidence isn't going to be shared as you know how all did happen thus being superfluous to share that information with you.

If someone is offending you, report them, add them to your ignore list, and move on. There's no need to sink to their level.
