If you do use a 3rd party program (runelite) to play OSRS there's only "1" allowed, to be used, and be aware, the only version you are allowed to use is forwarded/linked on the website of OSRS (see picture).
This article (linked from the 3rd Party Software rules) states that there are 3 permitted clients for OSRS.

Original message details are unavailable.

As such, going forward the only clients permitted for use outside of the official ones are those on the Approved Client List:

- RuneLite
- HDOS
- OSBuddy

The use of any other clients will be considered a breach of T&C's.

@Origin nexus, many players whom have experience with runelite do hold on to '
older/other
'-versions of runelite which are, by now, prohibited to be used for not being the '
correct
'-version, Jagex/JMods are redirecting players to on their website.

In order to find the correct version (Jagex/JMods do allow players to use) I forwarded a picture in my post (which you disregard) about the location where to start searching for that correct version.

I also posted ... (runelite) ... as to referring to the OP where RinoaRS did mention using ... RuneLite ... so I did knew that other 3rd party programs were out off the question.

I repeat mentioning '
only '1' allowed
' to make sure that players should get rid of '
older/other
'-versions of runelite and dispose them, to prevent from using these incorrect versions and getting banned.

If a player is going to use '
Jagex Launcher
' these mistakes can't happen as Jagex Launcher stops you from using older/other-versions.

Nowhere in the 3rd party guidelines does it mention anything about what version of the clients are allowed to be used, nor does it state that using older versions is prohibited.

They falsely ban my account and plan to waist a week of the membership on it? I'm sure they will not reimburse me either. I have the most recent update for RuneLite, and none of my other accounts were banned. I'm pretty sure I was just stuck in with Master Farmer bots due to me not speaking while I was thieving for seeds. It's incredibly stupid that an Ironman can't use the most effective means of obtaining seeds without sever risk of a ban.

Wait, what are the prohibited plugins?

The only new plugin I had installed since starting the Ironman was one called "Time Tracking Reminder" to aid in my farming patch reminders. It's a useless plugin that doesn't seem to work, but I didn't uninstall it before logging in with this account on the RuneLite app. It's now removed, but Is this account now at risk as well?
Ironman Mode is an account type, released on 13 October 2014,
that requires the player ... to be entirely self-sufficient ...
. Ironmen are locked out of or restricted in most forms of interactions with other players such as trading, the Grand Exchange, PvP, most group minigames, and almost all other group activities.

Using a plugin from the start, to help your accounts' progress ... is prohibited ... and can be detected by Jagex/JMods, for cheating.
