Love the change to the feathers on the boots. Very much like Hermes, as NoobSpanker pointed out
Cape also looks like it'd flow nicely. Taking out the purple part also makes the outfit look less busy and more clean.
The chest/pecs still appear to bulge out a bit and make the character look V-shaped, but it looks pretty good and I can live with that!
