i believe they are rares for a reason, if you keep handing them out they will no longer be rares, everybody playing 07 has the opportunity to buy rares now they are not expensive. as for the rainbow phat make it untradable that way later on when people cant afford phats they will always have one they can wear. all the other updates sound amazing. we voted for phats santas ect to be tradable and rare why change that.

would there be any chance for the ep system in pvp worlds that was a great update


Given how exploitable that was and how much gold injection came as part of it we didn't even give the EP system the time of day.

When discussed, the majority of the community mutually agreed hence why we didn't do it. It's highly unlikely we will ever introduce the EP system.


im not sure what the ep system is, but if it has something to do with the old pvp worlds, where you can attack somebody outside the bank/safe-spot, an items dropped are based on a kill system, the flaw you have there...

it was based on level difference & kill count or something similiar...

if we step back and try to profect it similiarly as he was asking...

a certain amount of damage done to you & your enemys is added and divided by 2.. (all within a 24/hr period)
the amount of times you have been killed within a 24 hour period (subtracts from kill count); until you have surpassed a negitive in a single spree of not being killed (everytime you die the positive number becomes a negitive number, if your already in the negitive, it adds -1 to that number)
this number is again compared to the dmg as mentioned above, in ratio meter..

if your on your first kill, you take half life (50 hp) an kill your foe that had.. 80; your ratio would be 50+80/2 : 1 or 130/2 : 1 or 65:1

your on your third kill without safing, the foes are half life each when battling them, they deal practally no damage (10hp ea) you have 1 prior death ( 120 : 2 or 60:1 )

where anything under 39:1 will be like camping green dragons or = to their level

where 40-60:1 = mid level npc/hr (they should get an average drop ratio the same as some = to their level ; capping at gargs ) [must have done atleast 3 kills without safing, once every 30 mins dealt atleast 300 hp & had atleast 100 hp damage to self]

best
dev team anyone could ask for!


maybe we would say no because we don't agree or think they'd be safe for the game or the community of runescape......

What happened to the black partyhat idea?

Also, could the ability to block firebreath from dragons be added to the imbued slayer mask? for example:

Mask (i) = reduced damage
Antifire shield = reduced damage
Potion = reduced damage

only two of these would be required to negate firebreath all together, for example:

Mask(i) + Antifire shield = no damage
Antifire shield + potion = no damage
Potion + Mask (i) = no damage

Also, will Mithril Dragons be added to the possible given tasks to the new slayer master?

Also, Can't we unlock the ability to automatically 'finish off' a monster that requires a item to be used on it to die?

Hey. a couple of suggestions to future updates. with the introduction of the chaos tunnels maybe make them co-op task only so you would only access them with a friend or group of friends who all have/want the ssame slayer task.
Maybe introduce a *co-op slayer master* in the chaos tunnels where that master only gives tasks to be completed in the tunnels themselves which could be filled with the new monsters?

What about reintroducing BORK to the tunnels? But as a boss? everyone knows that old runescape was short on bosses so why not bring back an previously overlooked monster such as BORK and make him a boss in the tunnels. Maybe a co-op task only boss? For example if a group of players gain enough *co-op points* they can trade them in for a boss battle with BORK where they gain a boosted amount of slayer experience, shared throughout the group. Could this be an 07 style instance? maybe have the hexcrest as a drop from bork? this could be the only way to get that item?

Maybe make the tunnels only accessable after the smoking kills quest?

with the insense burners, Could it be an idea to *stock burner*? This would allow the house owner to stock the insense burners with a full inventory of herbs which allows the burner to burn through the stack without the house owner having to relight them all the time. this would somewhat increase insense burn time and would be a little more forgiving on the house owner? maybe make this option only accessable with a construction level requirement? 60 maybe?

Great job on the polls for 07 guys. just be carefull with the updates though. not to make the 07 game too easy like the current version. we love 07 because it isnt afkable. because we cant just get things we want as easy and when we want them =)

fedback on my ideas would be great.
