I like the new rings, but am wondering if there will be upgrades for any other rings from future updates. Namely, I think it'd be cool to eventually release an upgrade to the Brimstone Ring, allowing it to stay relevant in the face of these powerful new rings.

Really keen to test out the beta! I think the new book is a great idea overrall and I don't see it making the original prayer book irrelevant.

new rings will upgrade from berserkers or not?

I believe in the poll back in Feb people voted for the new rings to have a simple stat increase that are a direct upgrade to the Fremmy rings.

Current notices of beta testing:

Soulreaper axe is awesome as a weapon, definitely waiting to see different special attack mechanics in future too, i would like to see this as alternative to Tentacle/Axe -> Rapier/Fang upgrade.

Nice new prayers, maybe the icons could be arranged a little more in prayer book, seems little awkward atm.

Trinitas prayer could be buffed a little to be cool at raids, maybe little lower prayer drain.

Difference between cruor's vow heal effect and bloodfury's need to be differentiated.

Virtus gear does not contain a large brimmed hat. Mage gear demands a big brim hat or a hood.

Bugs?

-Ruinous grace not affected by prayer bonus(If it is, its too low). Never update Draynor village willows Jagex :)

Honestly I thought Jagex staff would have learned their lesson with EOC, but it appears they are destined to ruin this game once more. These rewards are basically a jumping off point for me. Played for almost 15 years, but this will be just a repeat of EOC. I will be cancelling both my memberships.

These rewards are absolutely absurd. They are overwhelmingly powerful and out of place. This is NOT the way Jagex.

Could you elaborate on which ones are overwhelmingly powerful? I honestly felt that Jagex have done their best to balance the prayer book to ensure the current one remains just as meaningful.
