I really don't like the idea of 30 defence pures getting b gloves. It devalues zerks and rune pures.

The Saika's Shroud 10% magic damage seems a little too strong.

Are the surge sacks going to be available to use in soul wars?? What about ice sacks/veng sacks in soul wars too??


Can 40 defence please get some love??

30 defence gets an upgrade. 55 defence get upgraded void. But nothing for 40 :(

Can you please not change the name to PvP arena, it would be weird for NPCs in the game to call it that. Also everybody will keep calling it the duel arena. If you want to enable multi combat and have fights between more than 2 people then you can do that without changing the name in my opinion. Thanks

There's this trend for minigames and new temporary servers to use characters with stats that the players didn't earn. This divorces player progress from the minigame. The pvp arena and last man standing uses runescape's mechanics. But it doesn't use your skills. It uses someone else's. Probably a jmod that doesn't play the game and just sets their stats to whatever they want.

If you're planning to remove the duel arena, what do you have to say to the accounts that built up their stats specifically for it?

The pvp arena is an awful name. (No, having an in-game name of the Emir's Arena doesn't excuse it.)

It removes player progression as a factor. Should we just remove stats from castlewars, too?

Rewards only usable in the wilderness isn't a good precedent. The game is becoming more and more confusing. Some items can't be used in wilderness. Some items behave differently in wilderness. Arbitrary restrictions simply reflecting how poorly balanced the equipment was on conception.

Stop with the private server trash.

What would be good for the idea you made, the PVP Arena, is if when you reach higher ranks and you start to compete against other higher ranks within the minigame, you get more reward points from defeating the higher ranked competition, and that's the whole point of having higher rank in the Pvp Arena.
I've read over the messages already written before my post, you have to start to understand by now, because you have not been successful towards the pvp community, that people are going to write any kind of hate they can or write about any little thing they can find to be mad about with your updates because they are so fed up with your progress.PVP basically has been neglected, in terms of the value of pvp updates, for about 4 years now I would guess?
For a pker it is something that does not get recognized as to why it is happening, more that a pvper thinks along the lines of, how the hell do they not know how to fix this game we give them all we can by our feedback and they just don't listen to it update wise. Even if these players are not saying anything valuable in terms of information, they very well might be saying something valuable if it was simply put together as to what motive they have for writing so. One point that was made while I was reading over it was the question of if any of you at Jagex had actually been in the pvp scene. If you never were in the pvp scene, there's a pretty big chance you don't get the motive for pking or to play this game for pking.
I'd ask you for the lot of you at Jagex to actually make a private server and pk against each other, kills and deaths will happen, but, ask yourself when you get a kill, yes you got the kill and in the game it would mean whatever loot, "was it worth it?" because if you don't get that feeling of it being worth it, you don't know what pking is like for us - we place priority in being better than other players, not just "oh i got some loot." Fkeys make this game bout reaction time, not skill. I am very into RuneScape, so please fix it!

What I was saying is that pking is not supposed to rely on reaction time for supremacy to be determined, that's the same thing as whack a mole. It used to be about how well you decision make while pking, not 90% of pking being based on simply reaction time. Pking is not supposed to be only about reaction time but f keys prioritize pking to be of such situation. Good reaction time should be a huge advantage for a player to have, but not to this degree. All a pker's skills are thrown away because of f keys, understanding of what's happening, wisdom of pking, knowing the power of your account where you can decision make estimating what will happen with the power you have - all of it now is simply summed up by your reaction time using f keys. It's pretty bad Jagex. Reaction time defeats all of a player's previously attained skills who had pked in the eras without f keys where these skills actually meant something - but somehow we are somehow supposed to accept that a noob with no skill besides reaction time is going to play the kingpin of pking, not a realistically satisfying game at all I would add.

I have sent in 71 suggestions now to your suggestion survey page and I've heard nothing back from any of you at Jagex. I have spent hours making each one of those suggestions, and within some of them there are huge amounts of information which can back up the very thing I am stating with these forum messages on this page. I had sent them in under the name Hooded Myth, or whatever my rsn was before this alias. I'm just trying to get somewhere can you understand that? The game's a mess. I am very into RuneScape, so please fix it!
