League worlds are not online. It should be in 10 minutes. Green worlds, not blue :P

Also, I love how the drop multiplier and xp boost are a passive boost to the main relic ability. Please keep this system for future leagues!

Is it possible to auto-unlock Goblin Diplomacy from Asgarnia?

I hope I am wrong, but it looks like this quest is needed to do the Lost Tribe and all Misthalin content afterwards this quest. This would include 6 league tasks as far as I can find.
