Congratulations to a successful Wilderness update... the Rev Caves. It has done so well that it has become too crowded. Please give us more.
I propose two more caves to be installed into the Wildy. Put one in low Wildy (near the Hill Giants/ black salamanders?) and another in deep Wildy (water maze/fountain of rune?). One gives a more narrow combat margin (pures would enjoy that) and the later would be attractive to main clans.

This is a good idea. I’d appreciate it for making it more space. I’m tired of hitting one cave for rev caves. There’s nothing underneath those grounds anyways.

Adding more zones to make money for PvMers and Skillers on the Wilderness isn't going to make anyone from the clans with 100+ on their clan chats who spend all day in Revenant Caves leave the Revenants. It might attract new PvP clans to hunt around all over the Wilderness rather than simply hop world and clear everyone on Revenant Caves, but it's not going to make a dent in the well organized very well connected PvP clans who love the Revenant Caves.
There was a major war last night on world 467 (1750 total world) which originated from former members of a clan who rebelled against charges for protection. I know of 10+ different clans who attended supporting both sides of the war and I hear that the war spread to a few other worlds who some people say are "protected".

I did not even know the rev protection nonsense was still going on.
I don't have a problem with clans claiming a world as their home world and fighting for their territory. If people want to support a clan by paying them money, people should know where that money is going. Yes, a lot goes into RWT. But most of it is used as funds to retain relationships between pkers of different clans. You hear a lot about clans paying their fighters and paying other clans to not attack them anymore or to help them fight other clans. War is expensive. It's always been the case that most PvP clans accept donations and offer war supplies whether that's simple stuff like capes, food/potions or more expensive stuff like gear and some sort of gratitude tip for pkers helping defend the name of a clan.
Then again, if Jagex doesn't like that a few of the top clans in the game are claiming dominance of the 1500+ total worlds, I see three solutions to this:
- Remove the total worlds entry requirement so more people can fight on the wilderness of those worlds.
- Add vip worlds which would encourage osrs players to pay for the gold premier club.
- Wait it out because it's just a matter of time as more pkers level up, they're slowly getting into other worlds.

Can someone tell me how this will stop the cartels from scouting and hunting anyone who isn't paying them for protection?
It's not. I've been on the PvP community since 2006. For as long as I can remember, PvP clans have infiltrated other PvP clans they considered as competitors with spies. It's really not that hard to find out when other clans go to the wilderness if you know the right people.
The way you personally avoid getting found when you go to the wilderness is you turn off your private chat and you're cautious about who you tell you're going to be going to the wilderness. Someone might find you as clans are constantly hoping worlds looking for people to kill, but I have no doubt you can go to Revenant Caves for at least 1 hour without getting attacked on many many worlds.

i find the game in it's current form it's incredibly hard to even make friends on this game.. let alone form a pking squad big enough to tackle this issue!
On-site, the best way to find people is to go to places like Ferox Enclave and Castle Wars. The forums are a good place to recruit. We're also getting Clans updates next year, so things should become a little bit easier.
Off-site, there several fansites and discord community servers where you can find people. If you want people to find you, you can also make a Discord server and add bots to list you on Discord Server Listings, make a website and learn about search engine optimization, make a YouTube channel and share videos doing events with your friends and then share those on Twitter and Reddit, etc. The bad communication tools we have within this game encourage people to learn programming and marketing. And if anything, what a lot of people want is more APIs so that we can code our own programs to manage our clans and communities.
Add the rev weps etc to the larrens chest. Increase chances of larrens keys as theres no emblems anymore. make revs into slay task only to receive loots, u will not see a clan there again farming. less active I understand but alot more people will turn to wildy slayer bringing more people to serprate parts of the wilderness and revs.
Are you serious? Grow up... Calling people 'vennies' can be seen as racist. I can assure you the whole pvp dont go round hunting 'vennies' And the people that do are twats...

"We know there are some players who legitimately engage with the content in a way that's true to this goal, and we'd prefer that any content change doesn't mean the loss of this area of activity. (...) The types of things we're looking at are (...) the amount of gold-farming activity associated with the content."
I'd love to know why Jagex has taken such an interest in the gold-farming activity related to Revenant Caves, but haven't said a word about the osrs services being sold aside from the inferno cape and the majority of RWT in the game which originates from people buying/selling/renting high level accounts to do cox, tob, zalcano, etc.
It has become popular to spread a fallacy that people need to pay for protection and there is some sort of organized crime going on within the Revenant Caves. Let's just call it what it is. People refer to everyone at the Revenant Caves as "gold farming Venezuelans". The amount of people in this game saying they're going to "hunt down the vennies" is ridiculous! It originated as systemic racism against people who spoke Spanish in the game and has turned into some silly game of cowboys and indians. The majority of the PvP community is in on the joke and the quality of silly role-playing content which has made its way to YouTube is pure gold.
Did you watch that video 25 Buttholes published 3 days ago? I personally couldn't stop laughing. Obviously, we are all allies. The vennies are ready to kill you!
All jokes aside, I'm really happy that the Revenant Caves exist as they are and hope that Jagex doesn't change them. I love watching people pking on Revenants and the discord notifications from several PvP clans I'm on telling me that there is action on the Wilderness. Things have only gotten better as new PvP clans haved formed after the release of the Ferox Enclave and many have gained an interest in learning PvP to "defend themselves" and "fight the p
