Seems cool, though my biggest concern is how the Tome of Water will affect Ice spells. You talked about how it buffs water spells and certain debuffs in the normal spellbooks, but I can see this Tome having a HUGE impact on Ancients since the only thing comparable to this would be the Kodai Wand, having an off-hand supply of water runes can really impact something like Ice Barrage. Congratulations, you just advanced a Defence level.

Also, would be nice if it didn't stop scaling at level 70, very weird thing to impose

Then will it be like an Iban's Blast situation w/ Tome of Fire? Where although you don't get the damage boost, you're still getting infinite water runes without using charges. Which is still a rather strong effect for something like Ice burst or barrage. Congratulations, you just advanced a Defence level.

sounds good to me, the only addition is maybe tie one reward in with mahogany homes -

the ability to add a buildable hotspot at fishing locations that would hold the tackle box, and has a right click select option for which tool to take out.

The team has done a very nice job content wise with skilling bosses- and I hope this one is just as enjoyable! I really am digging the cosmetic upgrade to the skilling outfit, a little variety is always refreshing!! I am assuming like other bosses, this will have a dedicated theme world. In the spirit of “old school” and on behalf of W22 fish, can we pretty please have a dedicated old school 22 fishing world (as was done on rs2/3) or at least, we would love to have this boss hosted on one of the w322 or 422 old school servers :) As is tradition, fish on! <>< ><> ~ W22 Fish ~ <><

Give us untradable upgrade/new craft end game content in each skill. Everything is buyable in the ge what the point to level up a skill like mining, smithing, crafthing, herblore, fishing, wc, flecthing, cooking, hunter except for quest and diaries??
