Okay wow, seriously removing 3rd party app? You gonna loose player if its appening... Try to fix some rule for 3rd party that creator of them can follow... Im using actually OsBuddy and this app really help us to play Runescape... Okay some feature can be a little bit too abusing and yes they should be removed... but the overall of OsBuddy is fantastic....

120 kills eith no deaths for a gmaul loot 600 points???

that is insanely broken 13 t10s is over 30m for 1 gmaul


the upgrading tiers only when target has same or higher is also beyond broken. youll rarely ever get that to happen maybe 1 time in 12 hours

To focus this comment purely on the update regarding 3rd party clients.

Jagex staff, let me write out the reasoning behind why it is stiflingly ridiculous to even consider the idea of banning 3rd party clients, and particularly so at this present time.

A current 3PC that I use daily comes with a skill calculator, an experience calculator (of all stats, with hourly xp estimates/actions, a G.E. tracker, a farming timer, a hiscores checker, and a calculator, to name a few.
None of these by themselves are malicious, nor counteractive to the direction you're trying to move the OSRS community, but they ARE useful beyond belief, both by saving time and by providing absolute ease of access.

What am I to do? Open 4-5 tabs on the website, because your clients most useful addition to the QoL experience is like....a settings menu? Shift-Drop?
We move to these 3PC's because we love to play Runescape, but we love to play both efficiently and be able to have ample QoL features at our fingertips. It allows us to hone our abilities in the game, and take a sense of pride in our achievements because even though yes, you can mark a couple of tiles in the Inferno, can you tick eat/pray flick your way through every round by sheer luck? Probably not.
These things take talent and time, and countless hours of perfecting. I can tell you right now that the overheads for demonic gorillas did absolutely nothing for me, I just cannot get the prayer flicks down. How else am I to learn it? The plugins allow a larger amount of people to learn the mechanics of the game, and if we're honest, far better than your website or client has ever provided.

, we need more. We've experienced chopping willows in Draynor, or running out of waterskins in the desert, or forgetting to repot antifire at metal dragons. We've done the 10,000 yew logs for an abby whip, and run the gauntlet in the wilderness with our 100k of easy clue b0nk l000tations.
All the quests are done, all the skills have been trained, and what are we left with then? A tired old client that provides barely much more than a usable interface.
We moved to 3PC's because they bring life back to the game in new ways. PKing is more diverse, and better than ever (before new BH updates but, I'll leave that for others to comment on), and new strategies to grow with.

If you want to crack-down on 3PC's, fine, but for goodness sake, come prepared. Putting out a *weak jazz hands* post about OSRS Mobile's birthday and then throwing in an extra bit that potentially instigates thousand's and thousand's of accounts in rule-breaking behaviour, AND THEN, NOT EVEN A SUBSTITUTE FOR YOUR EXISTING AGEING CLIENT THAT HASNT BEEN BEAUTIFIED SINCE MOSES DONE TOOKEN HIS PEEPS OUTTA EGYPT. PLEASE EXPLAIN???

The pace of the Internet and our connection to information REQUIRES that the resources are readily available, lest they be created by someone else because they see the need for it.
Your distinctly blase approach towards this without offering so much as a replacement resource actually makes me question the decision-making abilities of the person/people responsible for giving this the go-ahead.
Even one so trivial as allowing clan markers on teammates in PVP, how is it any different from adding them as friends and seeing a green dot on the minimap?? Please explain?? What direction are you trying to punt OSRS towards?

All in all Jagex, all of these plugins that we see as QoL enhancements allow us, as players, to explore OSRS to every last nook and cranny. Please be transparent, please be future-focused, and work with us. It is not 2005 anymore, please step up your game.

I love all the changes happening to my Runescape that I fell in love with over 21 years ago in 1999. Keeping the core of the game such as the combat and ect is what OSRS is all about! new Bosses and more fun things to do for XP is wonderful! I am hoping one day to see skill cape/XP capes for 200mil! well, its an idea anyways :P Feel free to add me in-game! Keep it up! :D (Polls are hands down one of the best improvements so the players mold the game as they see fit )
