when they say they will 'revert the changes' in reference to the rune pouch being buyable for coins, does that mean that its only buyable for a limited time, or that once its over, they will take away the rune pouches people bought and refund the 1.5m?

how do you get the spookier set? I saw that gear set in the toy box POH Take your spooky outfit to Port Phasmatys and use one piece of the outfit on the Ectofuntus.

Alternatively, you can use a piece of the spooky outfit on the swampy sink next to the tool shed in Lumbridge Swamp (Examining that sink may be quite amusing if you're a fan of Settled's series on YouTube ;) ).
