No, it isn't. Fairy rings are free, and offer teleports to a huge number of places from 1 place. The scrolls will cost and have quest requirements.

What quest req would that be for feldip hills and Piscatoris? And even with quest req, the elven teleport is just stupid as there already are teleport crystals ingame.

On the poll question it stated: "Should we add the treasure trail expansion as described in the Clan Wars & Clues developer blog?"

I've tried to find the dev blog on that so I could re-read it to see what I must of missed. Seems that dev blog is no longer on the forums :S

Anyone know EXACTLY what it said? I'm looking for quotes that stated Jagex would just put in whatever they wanted without a poll.
