Very stumped on this easy clue, Its making me go crazy!

the clue is : Search the bucket in the Port Sarim jail.

I have no clue how to get in the cells. I even tried to see if i could get arrested by shanty .. help!!!

Something i noticed while watching/helping a friend do an elite clue scroll is that the challenges with sherlock are kind of stupid.
Don't get me wrong i like the idea of them but it feels kind of stupid to get a clue that tells you go to sherlock then you go to sherlock who gives you a task, then you go do the task and then you go back to sherlock to get the next step.
I think it would make it way smoother and not as repetitive to cut out sherlock and give you the challenge right away.
I think that's a change most people would welcome
