As far as I know,w45 is dead becouse mods let it to die. Firstofall - bounty shop,there is no use of it due to fact that it should have the same teims in it as 07,secondly,new players vs old ones - it is impossible,even after 12 hour of grind to compete with others in max gears,you should consider to relauch w45 from beggining. Thridly - xp rates are crap. And mostly,what i suggest ,if you guys ever read this post and don't ignore as ussualy - get all those seasonal and tournament changes aplyed to permanent world,it will bring back comunity to deadmen
