Crystal trees....

I don't think an axe should be used to cut down a crystal trees as I would think any axe would shatter the tree.

I would prefer to use a chisel and hammer.

Maybe even a crystal chisel and a chisel hammer if need be.

Some of the content is good. Much is in need of review:

Crystal Weaponry
I did the stats on cost and DPS for crystal bow. Shockingly, it falls behind the magic shortbow and costs a lot more per shot assuming the 180k recharge rate (This sits behind blowpipe recharge rates). My main conclusion for this is that the crystal bow's strength bonus needs to change for it to be viable in-game. Its current only benefit is its accuracy and range which have very, very specific uses.
Should it have no cost to recharge? No. This is a beautiful gold sink and fits into the game thematically.

Crystal Armour
I like the concept but LOATH locking the dps boost to a crystal shards currency and defence requirements via armour.
Crystal shards are activity based, I'll grow a crystal tree in game and kill stuff to get charges for the armour. It honestly seems like waaaay too much a bother to maintain an entire armour set and doesn't really fit in thematically with the elves being able to Sing crystal equipment into existence. A more natural way needs to be found to maintain armour that is as simple as paying the cost of gold.
The defence bonus means that it is useless for pure and is only realistically going to be used for PvM due to the risk. It would be nice to see something worth more than a mage bow be risked as well, particular since the cost of death is recharge. This would be the ultimate gold sync.

Divine Potions
I like these, I hate the name. Sounds cheesy and RS3. Technically they're recursive boost potions, but they should be called "Boosted" or "Extended" potions for simplicity. Divine is a silly word that does not describe their function.

Crystal Signet
How useful is this going to be? Really? No one will wear it in place of an archer's ring. Dump it.

Crystal Chest

Yes. Why wouldn't one be in an Elf city?

Teleport Crystal

YES. A worthy perk for finishing this train of like ...8 quests? Make it RARE though.

Crystal Trees
Um, Sure? Sounds a bit a odd. I would re-work the concept a little so that it you can only farm them underground or something, and make them distinct from the ability to "Sing" crystals. Graphically they should be impressive. I expect the leaf detail to be immaculate (If there are leaves)
Though I stand by that shards should only come from trees, the agility course, the gauntlet and be used explicitly for potions.

Agility Course
Yes. Not sure where you're going with the design. Make it look worthy of an elvish agility course that some poor, autistic soul is going to grind to 99 (while alching).
Actually that's an idea, imagine if the crystals reflected the light from your alch glows?
Imagine a stupid over-ride that changed your alch colour?

Blade of Saeldor
No comment on this, sounds cool, that spec sounds pretty deadly though. Imagine being hit by it at rev caves then getting gacked by a bunch of 126s with Heavy Ballistas. Being frozen is bad enough. I would look into the applications and how to abuse this effect and moderate it accordingly.

The gauntlet sounds cool, like a stealing creation. It incorporated aspects of iron man with the fast pace of a mini game. Though there is a problem with it: The quest requirements don't put a pretty high bar on the level of skills that will be entering it. Item levels will need to be proportionate.

Everything sounds good but personally the sword would be much better used and wanted if it were a crush weapon. I know it is not as thematic to elves but we sorely lack good crush options I feel and this would be a good chance to add one.

I haven't seen anything showing what the range armor would look like for males and females. The armor image shown previously I believe was for melee armor, and did not look good. I hope they are removing the brown from the new armor and weapons and make them more inline with the Crystal Shield, bow and elf style clothing seen throughout Tirannwn . elf armor and clothing should look more like Eluned than Justiciar. Wearing elf armor and clothing should make you look like an elf and I did not see that happening with the armor and weapons I saw previously mentioned. The brown added to them and the clunky armor appeared to be awkwardly tied on or something and it made them look like crap. Even Armadyl armor looks more like an elf than that did. When people generally think of elves, they think of the gracefulness of Eluned, or Galadriel, not some awkward tied on clunky mess.

If the new range armor is inline with black d'hide, why would anyone choose to use it instead of Black d'hide, when d' hide is far easier to obtain? If it is more difficult to obtain than d'hide it should have better stats than d'hide. New items should be more useful than what we already have instead of just repeating what already exists. I think the reward should be in line with the effort it takes to obtain it in the game.

-crystal armour should be better than black dragonhide, especially if crystal armour still degrades at 0 charge and black dragon hide is getting nerfed anyway, even with the crystal set effect people will probably just use karils instead especially for people that font want to do the quest.

-the new “elite” slayer cave should only contain high level slayer monsters if calling it elite and dark beasts shouldnt be in there as people dont do them anyway unless dark beast were to get another buff, also if its a elite cave there shouldnt be bloodvelds or waterfiends as they are mid level and drop nothing.

sometimes I feel like you guys just dont get it. litterly WHY on earth would you buff a crystal bow.. I thought you guys wanted to revive PVP, not kill it.

Also the crystal armour is probably some extra rag gear people can bring to kill the wilderness even more.

Also I think locking the area behind a quest is fine. however this is 100% not pure friendly (once again). and that is also fine. but isn't it time to open up MM1 and perhaps even MM2 for pures.
Just as it used to be in pre-EOC.

This is cool, love to see how the game has changed over the years. Crystal bow(i), etc. was a nice addition to the game, as is nightmare zone. With this said, it would be nice to see the imbued versions stay in the game.

One idea is to give the bows, shields, etc. more charges while imbued?
Also, you could add a special attack to the weapons(but do not make it useless) and make it so the shield does not reduce any magic attack or ranged attack bonuses while imbued? Maybe give the shield some defensive magic bonuses as well while imbued? You could increase the cost to imbue the items as well.

I think this would be nice to see in the game, the crystal bow and shield are a weapon/shield from back in the day that could really use a little improvement.
