Like I said before, just because it is new gear and stronger than previous gear doesn't make it overpowered.
By that logic, everything after bronze is overpowered.
If you don't want god wars or any updates in general, that's fine. But there are many of us out there who do want these updates and who do want the game to progress and be more appealing, so we can get the most out of it and not stay trapped on August 10th, 2007.
Do you and have you ever PKed? Why do you keep saying they're not overpowered when they so clearly are? As I said, AGS basically enables people with mediocre stats and little if any skill to run around and hit 60's and 70's on people, most of the time PJing them. If you think things are bad now with Void Pjers, just wait until people get AGS's. If godswords had no special attacks or weren't allowed in the wild i'd be more open to the idea but you can't support these things and tell me that they're not overpowered.

Just because we get one update, that does not mean that will lead to others such as dragon claws, chaotics or whatever else. Really, that's just an overused lame excuse.
Yes it does. As you said earlier, they're just more powerful than the previous items, why not * claws or spirit shields? Why is an AGS that can spec 70's+ not overpowered and D claws somehow are? And if d claws aren't overpowered, why is it a "lame overused excuse" to think that they too could be introduced? Why not chaotics? Why not spirit shields? Hey, they're just more powerful than the last items. If you keep using that logic then you'll keep introducing more and more weapons/armor and using that justification for it.
