I really liked the part where it was acknowledged that trade limit PvP worlds had a bad influence on the game and introduced a lot of cash and hurt the economy. I'm glad that a J-Mod could publicly recognize that.

On 07, I see nothing I dislike here minus the level 20/78 gear, and brawlers. Though I don't believe that will pass the polls. PvP worlds good, the rewards of pvp worlds: bad. Without a trade limit, there is no need for the extra rewards, as we already get their loot.

I'm not sure if this was answered in the blog or not, but what about when someone is in a fight and they run inside the safe area, for example varrock west bank? I think there should be a 10 seconds timer, like there was in actual pvp worlds. Without this timer, people could step out of the bank with a crystal bow range you then run back in the bank, and continue this process. I think it would be nice to have that 10 second timer for when players run into a safe zone while in combat with another player.

brawler gloves crosses the line, as for the 15% xp boost i dont see the harm in that since there is risk involved the whole time during that 15% bonus


What risk is involved if I train agility empty handed? Wcing with carrying a single hatchet? Mining with a single pick?

There is NO RISK in those types of things, nor in standing in a bank fletching, crafting, herby (banks are safe zones). Why should those peeps get more xp for simply standing in a bank?

15% xp boost (or ANY xp boost) is not needed and certainly not going to end up good for the game, IMO.

Also you should always be skulled in pvp worlds and there shouldn't be pjing. If you are attacking some1 who cannot hit back in single combat, you shouldn't be able to get attacked.

We polled an anti-PJ measure before, but I don't remember it being very popular.

This is where I spit out my non-existing drink and shout WHAT?!

Run the poll alongside PvP worlds. I honestly can't believe People being against this.. That there is the only thing I want changed, and the main reason I vote yes for PvP worlds.

- re-introducing a pvp world +1 and (non +1) for riskers.
OR
(part of +1 worlds)--> adding a 'portal' for high risk fighters in the pvp worlds.

- a 10 second timer when running back into a safe-area after being attacked.

- no option to pick back up non-tradeable armours.
= LESS RUSHERS. examples: void knight armour pieces, fighter's torso, fire cape and rune defenders so that people would actually bring a risk that requires skill. Prices of rune armour sets (platebodies most likely) will increase more in price which would be better for the economy). Getting a rune defender back will be a pain in the *** again which is good.. Adds effort to pking.

- find a moneysink that boosts prices back up, WHY? prices that are dropping drasticly should rise again, (basic example: abyssal whip)
A GOOD OPTION WOULD BE..

1 PvP world that is without protection prayers but you get the full loot.

ANOTHER

PvP world where you can protect item but you DON'T get the full drop (which boosts prices up again). These drops could be statuettes and other random generated drops.

- giving a period of free membership to Free to Play players to boost their will to get member, which could lead to more players for a better economy.

This will lead to players switching PvP worlds which gives a bigger variation of pker's.


The only bad thing will be, even less people in the wilderness.
Not that many people are pking anymore nowadays and adding another 2 worlds of PvP will decrease the amount of pkers again, so there should be thought of a solution.
