I'm not 100% sure this is the correct spot to ask, but has there been any look into removing the delay when trying to use the ivandis flail special attack on vampyres when they're above 50% hp? I seem to remember the special attacks on other weapons having their delay removed and instead normally attacking when not able to use the special attack.

You don't. I think 115+ was mentioned in a marketing email, but it's only recommending 115+, there aren't any requirements other than being able to get to the Theatre. Community Manager for Old School RuneScape
