This is the perfect chance to add some quick post-quest lore stating: "Some weapon from the Western lands is rumored to boost your fight against these dragons" and then if you show the Dragon Hunter Crossbow to the guy who teaches you to make super antifires or some other NPC, they will imbue it for free, making this crossbow finally worthwhile to kill dragons with.

To make sure it stays BiS, all Dragons (perhaps excluding babies) should be made immune to darts, so the Blowpipe can no longer completely wreck them and people would use the Hunter one instead.

By the way, if the idea of imbuing a "western" item post-quest isn't that convenient, then I guess you guys could also swap both crossbows: The 'Dragon Crossbow' would now come from raids and the 'Dragon Hunter Crossbow' would now come from DS2. This would make total sense. Also, this is not a merch idea. I'm just someone who really cares about the game lore.

Good work making drop table better, i dont know if its too good tho.
You should still make dragon hunter crossbow best in slot for vorkath, maybe increase its accuracy and damage boost somewhere between 20-30% for vorkath only or nerf blowpipe against it.

For future consideration. I died a total of 15 times out of first 100 kills. Roughly 5 of those because, as some might say, I'm a "risk taker", 5 because it's a fairly difficult boss. The other 5, however, was because of lag/connection issues and that's important. Getting hit 99+ is pretty funny in the beginning and it adds a layer to the fight but considering runescape is famous for "Connection lost. Please wait - attempting to reestablish.", it should not become a 'new normal' mechanic for future bosses. Getting punished (100k in this case) when you did nothing wrong is definitely not something that makes you want to continue playing.

Vorki as it is now is fine, why?

Drops are not op anymore at all, alot things crashed in price so he is in line with zulrah atm, well zulrah still better cash per/h since on vorki you use also alot supplies...kills are ok in speed, I really not wana see another disaster bad boss like GARG is, slow kills bad drops...

Did like 630 kills atm, and he is fun boss, good content atm...

What only bother me is:
- Alien zombie thing, even if you kill it, it still do 2-3 steps and explode near you and do damage
- Vorki fire ball still hit you after you kill him or he still call a zombie thing when he is dead
- somtimes you die same time with Vorki and you see the loot but you lose it cus you died..drop shuld be in grave too...Goodfight for pet in this scenario?

Just wanna say as a long time player, this boss has reingited the spark for me to play rs. i have not been on this game for almost 2 years now and coming back to do ds2 and this boss has had me playing for hours daily. its very enjoyable with mechanics its not the typical click an afk monster an you need more bosses like this to reward good play and not just click an afk checks that most monsters are in the game. the 1 shot mechanics are great you need to pay attention most time i cant even manage my pure at an afk task without dying to vorkoth. his drop table is nice on par with zulrah could maybe use a slight buff, as i think with a grand master quest with crazy requirements should be some of the best money in the game, as zulrah is a joke an even my lvl 83 max pure can do it with no problems. great job on the quest and great job on the boss, also give more uses for the vorkoth head, after you get the asembler you dont need it anymore. make it tradeable so maybe pures can buy an use asmblers or people who cant do the quest cause their build doesnt allow defense.

Also it would be very helpful if you allowed the guy who charges 100k to get your stuff back when you die, if he can take it out of our bank. many times ive died an teled back an realized i forgot 100k an had to go back to bank then come back again then go back to the bank again it is kind of annoying. alot of places like instance fees can take it from your bank so why can he not.
