Ancients Saturday 00:00 UTC? Surely it should be Sunday 00:00 UTC it's not even been a week and ancients are coming out??? Were they not meant to be released after two weeks, this will kill the game! Surely there can be an adjustment, deadman mode will die if ancients come out within 6 days of release!

If you thought it was meant to be 2 weeks, I'm not sure how Sunday would be so much better than Saturday for you. If this doesn't go so well we can do it differently in future seasons, though you'll appreciate "THE GAME WILL DIE" is a claim that players have thrown at a lot of things over the years, and it doesn't always turn out to be correct.

It's a pretty high level requirement, and the aim really was to let high-end fishers get more useful fish from their fishing. If the numbers turn out to be unsuitable, they are changeable.
