1. It's not a conventional holiday item, which is why you pay him money to get it from his shop rather than taking it gratis from his holiday item reclamation menu. And thus it doesn't go in the toy box. I believe you can store it in the cape rack though.

2. Not that I know of.

So you can only place the cape in the toy box if you got it from the event last year, not if you buy it from diango? The cape from diango can't be stored in the cape rack either.

Will kinda suck if we can't get the codex again, wanted them both to fill my toy box, but if we can't get the again not much to be done I guess.

Sorry, I misread the code earlier. This isn't one of my updates.
I think you're right about what's needed for putting it in the toy box, yes.

I like the update to the Falador teletab and this is actually something I was discussing with my friends in game 1 week ago.

Prepare to see the price of the Cabbage Round Shield increase!

Also, I have been playing Runescape for about 14 years and OSRS has pulled me back in due to the constant additions, UI changes, addition of new content that doesn't make other pieces of content redundant. Thank you! A 14 year Runescape veteran that has returned for Oldschool Runescape.

Is EVERY event items supposed to be available so easily?
I mean, don't bother releasing the cape alongside 1st April, i'm I right? :(
That makes me wanna stop using the cape.
