Ballista is now extremely over powered and has taken over the range pvp. If you need proof look at any rangers equipment in PvP. It needs to have a delay much like the hand cannon had or and extreme damage nerf. Because as it stands it is the only viable range combo capable of hitting harder than a godsword in an instant.
