Hey Mods, whether you guys wanna admit it or not the polling system is very flawed. And for the raids to be brought into the game without the new rewards is going to be a huge turn off. I know you guys have all the power and if you repolled the armors im sure they would pass this time. Only failed by a few percent anyway im pretty sure? Cmon you guys know your community well enough that you gotta realize that a huge majority wants it! I have faith you guys will make the right decision and keep the current best in slot armor still relevant. Change is good. For example if there is a new armor in comparison to the stats, hype, rarity, and price of the ely. its going to be hard for current prices to change as the new armor would be that rare. Its not too late to do what is better for the future of the game.

Finally I can obtain the Halloween skin colors. I've waited an entire year for this all because I procrastinated last year's event.

Stoked for everything else but I feel there is no more hype in regards to Raids due to the small percentage of people voting no for maul/wand/robes/armor. I really hope it isn't a let down.

All I ask is that you do not let raids ruin the point in having pures. The pure community is very active at the moment & I would hate it if pures were limited to specific raid situations because of their defense level

Good question, it seems holiday events are implemented fairly early in the month so it is hard to tell. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been released yet but it would be nice if Jagex would specify an approximate time frame not just for this event but every other update they bring to the game.

I'm glad you wont be doing many updates this month so u can focus on raids. please take your time on them to make them great. try making them as magnificant as dungeonering was back in 2010. I look forward to any sneek peeks you might share troughout october :)

i want however to say one thing in regards to the poll you lounched today. the raid armour wont pass. they are simply too weak. they appear as niche items which are barely slightly better than current bis at a huge cost. forget the high repair cost. these items should suppose to cost more than elysian spirith shield. yet the rigour prayer (a mid lvl reward) or many of the other rewards from smaller updates such as the anguish necklase or imbue heart, help far more than these new armours, and they are cheap to buy with no cost for repair.

My point is: consider releasing REAL new BIS items which are atleast 20% better than current bis with a usefullness and insane rarity that makes them worth far more than the elysian spirith shield (no repair plz). could cost like 1b+ for a rapier (which is about 20% better than whip) or for a nex set. i also think that something ppl are familiar with would do better.

i really hope that raids can get high lvl rewards that are as good as the minigame itself. currently, it just doesnt cut it.
