But the Guthan Chainskirt is a pretty iconic item, and it's been broken for like 1½ year now. It's been broken for so long, that it blurs the lines between being a bug or intended for some people. Some people think it may be intended because "It's a chain, so being look-through kinda makes sense, yeah?" but you can literally see the top half of our legs is missing, and it still looks normal and good on females
Would you suggest I try to report it again? I try to be pateint with my reports and not spam hardcore, but I also don't want these things to be forgotten.

I tend not to be personally involved in GFX updates since I can't actually do 3D modelling myself, but I gather a lot of items were remodelled back then because their polygon counts were too high. The artists did their best to preserve the appearances while retopologising the models, but may not have always got it exactly right.
Anyway, if you're sure it's meant to look differently, and you're also satisfied that players aren't going to complain about such an iconic item changing its appearance after so long, you can always right-click the 'Report' button to tell the testers in detail how it's meant to look.
