I really wish all of these maxed players would stop complaining about the level requirements being too low, like you're maxed it doesn't matter. Ty for making me have to get 18 more levels for a fairy ring in my house on ironman.

When the untreadable item is not repaired, there is no gold sink, but 75% of the repair value are added to the game.

It depends all on the values those items are given. The above effect is bigger when the repair price is higher. (less people repairing and more gold given away)
So it's important to know those prices.

There won't be zero in the game, it would be just as difficult as your clue reward idea. Either way you look at it, it's going to be expensive.

Finally can get my lumberyack body after 100 dry now.

But why 65 con for the spec? that whould be 90 atleast to prevent rushers.
I think the mods want to use it themself, but not wanna skill to much. This will kill pvm even more. specially pures.

we should get a room you can make and its basically a big tree and you can make your own miniature house inside it along with the other poh stuff being other places away from it but this would be cool having a tree house somewhere in your poh.

people build treehouses all the time in life so this should catch on
