Hey, have they said whether they will make you an NPC, like they did to Japan?

It would be cool if they did, and if they would let you log into it sometimes and talk to the other players.
Please tell the jmods that if they make an NPC for you for it to have a chat dialogue instead of insistent spamming text.
I want a Runite Minor NPC to follow me around counting the number of pay-dirt mined.

Lol, make me into a pet. You start off with a baby Runite Minor and you have to feed me bacon and Cheetos to level me up. :D

Also, IT PASSED! With 76% voting yes! It was a long shot the whole time, but I'm glad I submitted it!

Update seems awesome and solid, however I do think the original 5% boost the outfit gives would be better for the reasons that:

1)Woodcutting is much better xp per hour while banking items than mining
2)Woodcutting is mostly afkable/relaxed

Don't get me wrong, i think this idea is great. However I feel that incorporated into this there should be some way to smelt the ore you collect there and then. Mining and smithing should be connected however they are really not. Rich people just buy bars and smith them and power mine granite to gain faster xp. As for poor people they just mine ores and sell them.
