What's wrong with that?

Woodcutters get 1-10+ logs per tree @ oaks and above.

Fishers can get full inventory from 1 fishing spot.

Harvesting crop from allotments is afk and you can get full inventory of watermelons from one patch.

I can imagine some people looked forward to getting 99 mining the hard way, and some have done that already (and even past 99).
Ofcourse you can still go granite after this, but when you wear the mining cape nobody can tell which method you used.

That's fine, you can also get 99 runecrafting much quicker doing combination runes. Most people wouldn't know that either and assume you're filthy rich from all the natures\laws.

Remember we aren't here to please other players, i prefer having fun and not worry about what someone else thinks of me.

Dude get over it, mining getting update mate. You can mine your precious granite till your fingers fall off and that's totally your business. You don't have to keep posting how much you dislike this update, because frankly there's probably more people atm that dislike mining currently as it is than not.

For the people whining about the suit, allow me to explain: The suit gives a 2.5% xp boost when you have the full set. 2.5% of 13m (99) is 325k xp. 325k xp is only 5-6 hours of granite power mining. Considering the OP (no one even reads it for some reason) says the suit will take 25+ hours to obtain, you are basically losing xp. Its something to work for. Don't go screaming "lrc omg mining is ruined vote no" when you haven't even bothered to read the OP.

Still, doesn't say anything about how afk it might be. You just have to assume. After you fill up, you have to run and put it into the wash station. Also the veins will appear and disappear every so often. They never said anything about more than one ore from one click (like lrc) so you have to assume it will be one click-one ore.

Nope, I'm under the impression it will be multiple ores per vein. At least in the original post from the contest it seemed this way.

Nope, I'm under the impression it will be multiple ores per vein. At least in the original post from the contest it seemed this way. It would help if we could get some confirmation from Jagex. They have problems with leaving out major details in dev blogs.
