I love this idea. Now we don't have to constantly click on the ore we are mining. Hopefully mining will be a lot more exciting to do.

The click rate is yet to be determined we wont find out until it is released.

mining isn't supposed to be "exciting" it's a skill that shows dedication. next thing people will want is runespan because "running back and forth to edge and the abyss is too hard".

Heaven forbid the game I chose to play ever be exciting! lol I really don't understand why skills have to be dull and painfully executed!

They already stated it wont be better than current xp rates... so bring on the "FUN" I say! yeah because we need a mining minigame that's afkable. ok i support runespan, agilityspan, and any other updates that ruin skills pl0x.

I never said anything about afking...? I was only commenting on what you said about how it shouldn't be exciting :P

Where is the "FUN" in afking? afking=laziness. so if being lazy is fun then whatever. still voting no to this update. OS Status: Nothing atm.

RS3 Status: 120 Slayer done now onto figuring out what I should do next.

I love how the people that say they are voting no give reasons that are clearly explained in the OP (xp rates mainly). does it matter what the rates are? you can still devalue a skill even if the rates are lower. look at the lava flow mine in rs3. low xp/hr but afkable you see where this is going right? OS Status: Nothing atm.

Well considering the veins disappear and most likely you will have to mine one at a time, I don't think its going to be AFKable. Please read the OP.
