EOC is the single worst update of all time.
I'm going to explain why through this rhyme.
Jagex thought that it would make them big bucks.
Little did they know that everyone thought it sucked.

It was supposed to attract a new audience to the game.
But it utterly failed, and IVP is to blame.
This garbage was made by investors, not gamers. For shame.
It's just so lame, and never did any of the things you claimed.
We all hate what Runescape became. It's going down in flames.

The playerbase was under a curse, and took a turn for the worse.
But Jagex started to show remorse.
"Remove the update that caused all this? Not a chance!
But make sure you give OSRS a glance."

An old, outdated 2007 version.
Not bad, but now the players are split between 2 excursions.
You should have just removed EOC from the start,
instead of blowing your community apart.

"More micro-transactions are coming.
It's necessary to keep this pathetic excuse for a game running."

It's too late to turn back now.
We'll just have to get used to this terrible replica of "WoW".
This dying cash cow. It's disgraceful what Jagex allowed.

But there may still be hope. Try to cope.
A Jmod said they'll give EOC another look at Runefest.
Let's hope it turns out for the best.

okay april fools released on the 1st of april, haha troll your community ok i get it, its for fun.

the bad thing is newer players and less experienced players will probably actually think its for something serious ingame even after they've reached level 120 they will probably just think its for something important.

older and more experienced players, I dont see how any of them find this funny to be honest kinda lame really,

i dont see the point of doing stuff like this, can we atleast get a fun kinda cool event that may have little reward or none like pranks on us but it was cool atleast.

sure you guys are a small team but picking cabbages who is going to find this funny seriously.
