The RS chat system (shared between us and RS3) doesn't have support for that kind of thing. While it could presumably be reprogrammed to know how to check whatever criterion you have in mind, the RS3 engine team's fully booked working on their NXT client, and our engine devs are pretty busy too. So I don't think we should try to offer this now.

So we've done quite a lot of skilling updates in the last few months, and will continue to flesh out the higher levels of existing skills - because, frankly, skills should have stuff to do at high levels! - and maybe there'll be more support for a new skill in future.

That sounds sweet, not at that high level yet but hopefully the creation of the high level skilling gets through polls as PVM bosses such as Zulra have lowered the effectiveness of skilling
