Make the Prayer Cape/Firemaking Cape perks (and the Max Cape) work when in your inventory but nor worn.

Zulrah Scale fishing buff. It currently offers very few xp per hour, and very few scales per hour. The update was meant to tackle the scarcity of scales, but it failed to do so.

Wait a second here!!
I thought Jad 2 failed the poll?
does this mean that sailing, redwood trees, rigour, augury and all the other content that has failed to pass will also be coming in 2017! ?

Quality of life updates great though, also a perfect time to focus on gathering feedback for future updates.... Good call team

further a PVP QOL update that i would love to see, a mechanic to make bounty hunter Dynamic , bounty hunter is only good for 1v1 target fights in edgeville if you are a maxed zerker, in dharoks, or a pure.... provide QOL incentives for target fights to occur beyond edgeville in w18 and for the teleport to target spell to actually be used. Survival of the fittest
