I'm wondering how the fire pits will work without it being the next go-to method of Firemaking training? Maybe it'll pose a use for Firemaking rather than just a way to train it?

Speaking of which, any word on that sweet, sweet Phoenix pet release?

What exactly are the fire pits? Are they OSRS's version of bonfires?

Because I was just about to start grinding out firemaking, but I don't want to waste time doing that if a new and better training method is going to be released soon.

Love how people are so 2007 purists they put there nose up to a new fire making method without giving it a freaking chance I highly doubt it'll be anything remotely close to bonfires the old school team are so scared of destroying already current do rates this new method will barely be worth doing.
