They'll be adding things like bushes and basic texture improvements later, they're just getting the basic grounds of it down first.

The interface to adjust rooms will come sometime next year. Ash said he'd like to get it done before the actual Construction update, in fact, so hopefully after the first part of Zeah they'll get to work on that.
