Blues are inherently worth more than all the other phats because of the spectacle combo right? So I think it would be more fun if you only gave out crackers instead of just hats, give the players something to hope for.

Introducing partyhats will never be polled. That passed in like 2013.

Jagex will always find a way to give every player loads of partyhats each year.
