I can see rooftop agility opening the door for making Agility a much more worthwhile skill for those who don't particularly care for the benefit of better run recovery/consumption.
Similarly to resource dungeons (perhaps not the best analogy) allowing for users to apply one skill to another, could rooftop agility allow access to new exclusive (non-instanced) skill areas or maybe even have new roof-dwelling creatures? I could see quite a few opportunities for quests/mini-quests/minigames involving the use of climbing many of Gielinor's famous buildings!
Perhaps a new farming patch could be unlocked, similar to the farm patch on top of fally castle, anything to help agility be monetized even a small amount.
