About the marks of grace or whatever, how's that going to work? Does it just spawn randomly in the agility place for everyone to attempt to get, or does it only spawn for you and no one else can get it? I think it should just randomly spawn in your inventory or something.
We can combine those two approaches by making them appear on the rooftops visible only to one player. This would be like when an untradeable item is dropped; only its owner can see it. So people would still be rewarded for looking around and picking them up, but no-one could hog the spawn point.

we are going to need to add rapiers and frilly shirts to the game if rooftop PvP is going to reach its full potential
Nice visual, although a melee weapon wouldn't be my choice when people can keep hopping from platform to platform...
