There is a button in the worn inventory panel where you see the stuff you're wearing. Mod Maz

Blog on front page says:
If you die to a monster when you do not have a PK skull you will lose all of the items on your person except for the 3 most valuable. You will not lose experience or any items from your bank.


So now your saying that blog is wrong and if someone hits you once even though you have no skull you will lose your most valuable 28 items from bank if you die from an npc.

Really need some clarification here.

Just had a quick ten minutes on my lunch and the feeling of danger is actually there.

I did die from accidentally clicking someone in a safe zone though.

How do the safe zones actually work when you attack someone. Say you were level 50 and hit a level 3 would they die?
