The use of the zoom update should it be to be able to zoom out to have a bigger field of view.
What we have now, is that most zoomed out perspective is ~ the same as the old perspective and you have 3more options to zoom in... I dont want to see more of my character model. I already can count the pixels when the perspective is zoomed out.
Will there be a zoom out option that is in fact usefull?
Else i will hope for OSBuddy, jagex once again disappointed me.
I have allowed you to zoom out as far as is possible without starting to have the world cut off by the blackness of the void.

I did use the mouse wheel to zoom out, in fixed mode it's pretty nice, but if you use resizable your field of view is horrible. I use a 34inch widescreen and its so freaking close. The OSBuddy zoom option had a incredibly bigger field of view

maybe i misunderstood, what exactly is the counter bar :3?
It's the box of exp that stays in the left/center/right of your screen. First(before todays update) it would thay there for 1/3/5/permanent seconds, but now you dont have to see it anymore if you just want the exp drops and nothing else.

Would it be possible to increase the render distance for the environment? It could be optional and should be no problem for newer device (new than 2k5 lol). The potential of our 1000$ computers is not used by rs at all. There could be a slider for the render distance, so ppl with old computer would be still be able to play osrs
Else would it be possible to allow the player to zoom out even more? I'd rather have black corners than a small field of view.

Hi there. I'm loving the zoom! I also love the concept of the Herb Bag, but have a question about it:
Will it be able to be dropped / retained on death?
The Coal Bag and the Gem Bag rewards from Motherlode Mine both cannot be dropped, and are both destroyed on death. This makes them not worth obtaining on Ultimate Ironman, as the Ultimate Ironmen need to die fairly often to get items out of a Looting bag (which essentially doubles their inventory space).
Allowing Ultimate Ironmen to remove items from the Looting bag at a bank would fix the problem, though I'm guessing that it wouldn't be a very popular option. Perhaps a more appropriate solution would be to make it so that the Herb Bag is not destroyed on death? Could I possibly suggest putting this to a poll?
