I would appreciate a mod confirmation on this. Just did a fight cave. Every spawn was the same until a higher tiered monster spawned. For instance, the ranger always spawned in the SW on early waves, the meleer always spawned in the same corner, the mager then took the meleer's place and always spawned in that corner. Needless to say, this made the cave rather easy. Is this supposed to happen? I completed the caves****-entered, and the same thing is happening. I have submitted a bug report and tweeted OldSchoolRS but saw some mods posting here and thought it'd be better to get an answer sooner than after another few fight caves in case I'm doing something naughty by carrying on ^_^ Thanks.

I would love to see 200 million capes soon, so now I can see my XP gaining points. Also, for the max cape, and maybe 200m capes, if you have a fire cape you can use the fire cape on the max cape to trim it with lava/fire just a idea. Also, get the status of the fire cape. You also still have to get the fire cape so its not a free fire cape with out killing Jad. :)

This would be a normal quality of life update however there is a serious issue with quite a lot of these updates. Unpolled features.

First of all lets look at Xp drops.
Xp drops passed a poll, however what has been released today isn't what was polled.

Which to any normal old school player would mean that you'd create a dev blog and poll these additional features.
You have either been very selfish by forcing these updates into the game or you've been completely stupid and kept adding things which you have no right to do. Either way you've completely undermined the whole poll system that old school is dependent on.

Now I shall move onto the grand exchange web pages which has been discussed for a while but has not seen sight of any poll or dev blog. One could argue that it's not an ingame feature and therefore doesn't need to be polled however it is still an old school feature and has a big affect on the game and it's economy.

Finally whilst I'm talking about unpolled content I want to question why you're adding updates like

One could argue these are just bug fixes and balances however the fact you're polling things like kree'ara then you've clearly decided to poll bug fixes and balances, when in reality you're being completely inconsistent.

Please just make sure you poll all updates and keep some form of consistency with bugs and balances.

Hi,

I like the XP Tracker/XP Drops update but I have one request -

At the moment, if you're training something that splits the xp (for example, using combat magic with the magic-defence xp split option) and using the "Most Recent" option for which skill to show - it seems to just pick one of the skills and shows that one. Would it be possible to choose which skill is tracked in that situation? Or perhaps just alternate on each shot?

The reason I ask is that I'm 99 magic, but only 75 def. When I use combat magic, it tracks my magic xp despite me not having any magic levels left to gain. Showing my def xp tracking would make much more sense because I do actually have def levels still to get.

Potential solutions:

Option to select which is tracked when using a split-xp training method
Alternate which skill is shown when splitting (for example, track magic on one xp drop, then def on the next)
Prioritise non-99 skills when splitting xp
Prioritise the skill closest to the next level when splitting xp
