I got stuck logged into one of the Tournament worlds after hitting Take-X on the tournament supply interface. Did the world crash or something?

I logged into 52 world, and then it crashed but seems like my account is still logged in there as I can't log on other worlds.

Mods- world crashed for me and now haven't been able to log in for 5 minutes 'account already logged in' as the excuse. Friends say i'm not on? Can you help?
