Support. Stop making this game Easy*cape with non-needed updates such as one example from this poll being the Right click repair on Bob. What in the world is hard about using your armor on him and hitting yes to pay? Why would you ever need to update that.. that's about as simple as it comes.. If there's no challenge to a game, why would you play it? It gives you no sense of reward for the time you put into it, and that's the way these 'small' tweaks and updates are making the game head towards.

is not playing the game.
It's not only bad for the short term game, it's even worse for long term.
Think about it.. more people will be maxed out and bossing.. leading to what? Terrible prices from boss drops.
Or they could just NMZ up an account to max stats and sell it off, but then again who am I kidding, people already do that. ^_^ You could fix all of these problems if you grew a backbone and did what was good for the game.

If they really enjoy PvM as a pure, then they can get a pet, surely? Nobody actually tours houses saying "Wow, this guy has a Kq/Kbd head what an awesome guy!" The 200 Defence exp you get for mounting it is just a tiny incentive for people to mount it and it shouldn't be taken away because some pures are mad they ruined their PKing accounts. That's most certainly catering to pures. Taking away an incentive because it doesn't favor their 1 defence? Didn't THEY choose to stay at 0 Defence exp? You make sacrifices as a 1 def pure, end of story.

200xp an incentive to mount it? what? The incentive to mount it is to show it off. Another reason why this is stupid, is you gaining combat experience from a non combat skill. It makes no sense. There is no logical reason for mounting to give such a trivial amount of experience, especially when the construction skill itself is not a combat skill.

200xp is hardly any incentive, and is completely different from the case of Ape Atoll and should not be grouped together.

Fix this please, it is very annoying.


You poor thing, having to actually prepare AND add secondary ingredients to your potions. Well, thats how the game works, if you'd like it easier, RS3 is for you.

I think I see what you mean now.
And yes it is true, all these small bs updates accumulates over time and becomes one big devaluation of what was once a great achievement. This holds true for many aspects of the game, I'll name a few that comes to mind:
- Combat/slayer (Rings(i), Z hasta, upgraded whip, upgraded ss, serp helm, blowpipe, NMZ afk xp)
- Money making completely afk (GE)
- Various activites (stamina pots, graceful)
- Smithing (smith lefty-click)
- Herblore (stamina and venom potions, effectively doubling amounts of pots per bank, so less clicking and more afk, and I assume xp/hr, although I've not measured that.)

Let's prevent EASY CATERING. A.k.a devaluation.
We don't have to vote yes on everything.

Quit crying about how this game will turn into RS3, because it won't. RS3 is the kind of game it is because the developers completely ignored the community and took the game in a direction that no one wanted. Wanna know who plays Old School? People who don't want to play RS3. So tell me, why would they EVER let this game become the sole entity that caused them to quit playing RS in the first place? All changes are polled, which means players decide what goes through.

To the anti-update nay sayers, the concept of updates has existed since RS was created. Just because the game is updated to make something better (bank tabs for example) does not mean we're heading towards RS3 status. You people have been crying the same story for 2 years now and we're nowhere near RS3. Even if we do get something that already exists on RS3, that doesn't mean its a bad thing. There were good and bad updates, the majority being good.

Loads of nice quality of life changes.

As for the World Switcher, if this fails a poll will certain 3rd party clients be prevented from being able to use their quick-hop feature? (Norne has a thread about this already)

If they're allowed to bypass the poll system, everyone who uses 3rd party clients for this is better off voting no, simply because of the extra competition they'll receive, which isn't really fair on the rest of us.
