No, players still have 5 slots as before. If you're assigned a task that your partner has blocked, you still get the task, and your partner doesn't get it at all.

Indeed. Originally we pitched a more extensive update , but it wasn't at all popular. So we scaled it down.

It's entirely possible that the community's opinion on the matter will evolve over time, like it did with the GE, and future Slayer updates can include expansions on the partnership system.

Frankly, we ran into difficulty coming up with a version that would allow people to train Slayer together without triggering players' concerns about the skill becoming buyable. Hence this deliberately small-scale update. I'm sorry you're disappointed.

^ It's going to be released in 3 stages I believe. 2 in 2016 and 1 in 2017. You will never get anything for free. Anyone claiming that is trying to scam, lure or hijack you.

Can you guys please make it possible for ironmen to complete the morytania easy task of placing a scarecrow in the farm patch without needing 47 farming to grow the watermelon first? It seems more like a medium task when put that way.

Great update. i think monsters that are required to be slain by duos would be rad. like setting up a team and asking for a task for that team rather than an individual task. It would eliminate the ability to get a duo task for an ironman or someone who doesn't have any friends.
