Great update however I'm actually annoyed and worried at a few unpolled changes. The bigger ones including:
I like the new ancient teleport tablets, however it's a little annoying it was unpolled.
Similarly to Big Mo. Why are you polling Xmas, Easter and Halloween and not polling this, especially when getting a clue scroll is actually a big thing. I'm rather quite annoyed at this, I figured the special community event would be clan wars or something.

Mod Ronan says that the goblin event was not polled among other minor events. I honestly don't see why we need it polled its only going to be May and you have to pay for a clue scroll. If anything its a good gold sink. As for teleport tablets does it matter if it was polled its purely graphical no harm done. Everything little aspect doesn't have to be polled. Only quality of life updates and major updates. Small events like these, like the Goblin raids were not polled and people enjoyed them.

I find it a shame that events like this aren't polled, especially when they offer things such as clue scrolls. I have no reason to believe they'd fail but we need our polls, don't just surprise us.
Surprise events would be like clan wars or castle wars, organised events like goblin invasion and this mo thing can be easily polled and still fun to play.
RIP Forums :(
Finally we have signatures in the surprise forum update. I'm Lewis, I play Old School & I've been playing since 2005.

This is Hilarious. Complaining that mutagens aren't tradeable.. It was made known in the Q&A before it was polled, also don't be afriad to go out and achieve something on your own there is a world outside of Item flipping at the GE. Big Mo isn't going to be here forever it's not going to turn oldschool into rs3.

Big Mo's May? I thought the purpose of Oldschool Runescape was to do the complete opposite of what Rs2 turned into. Now all of a sudden we're going to be able to buy clue scrolls once a day for a whole month? What's next, Squeel of Fortune? Lol. Is it just me, or does anybody even remember "Big Mo's May" being in a poll? I could've sworn Oldschool Runescape updates came strictly from the people voting upon it. Why all of a sudden is something like this being automatically implemented into the game? I really hope this game remains true to quality content being voted in by us, rather than turning into 50 updates a month that mean jack **** and just promote lazy gaming. What is the soul purpose of buying a clue scroll once a day...? If it's for lower levels to have a chance of getting a higher tier clue, chances are they won't have the requirements to finish it anyway. Why waste time and resources on updates like these? I will never fully understand it. Me personally, I would much rather Jagex focus longer periods of time on quality updates, than just releasing updates fast to look good. Runescape was never about that back when I first started. Just about every update released was quality content because it didn't take a month to bring into the game. Time and effort were actually set aside into coming up with these ideas and how they would work. You say you want a future for this game, then act like it. I was honestly so ****** when I read about this "Big Mo's May" update, giving an ability to buy clue scrolls.. What ever happened to earning your things in a game? Isn't that was gaming is for? To keep the player interested to gain more, to unlock more, to discover more? Handing everything to players like RS3 does isn't gaming.

I agree, this is just like an (XP Weekend) The main things that kill this game are updates that are going to destroy not the economy (IRON MAN PLAYER) but the worth. If i acquire even half of

the clue scrolls of this daily log in task thats 15 extra clues for my ironman. Regardless of the point I don not have to participate but it still seems a bit extreme. Like facebook games were daily log-ins benefit your overall game (squell of fortune). I mean come on, THIS IS OSRS - Why are we seeing updates every week! Its annoying! If you are going to put an update in the game make it a worth while project. Something like RFD. This just proves the OSRS will become RS3, besides graphics... LAME!

Why would you poll holiday events but not little mo?

you basically added in a 'daily' activity without polling it.

honestly i dont really mind little mo, its the way you implemented without a poll.

and then when asked why you didnt poll you said 'we havent polled community events in the last 2 years'
but you poll holiday events??
