Big projects are hard to do estimates for, especially as we'll likely have to work on other things too, as jobs arise. I reckon it'll be out before the autumn. Hopefully while people are still on summer break.

Why not just a standard 5% or something that is even slightly noticeable?

No. Like most of the diary rewards, Mod Reach has implemented it to work if you've unlocked the rewards for that tier, regardless of whether you've got the item.

Agreed, I don't quite see how 7 quest points equate to 18 hours of gameplay… even for a completely new player.

I agree that such small increases are likely to be unnoticeable. A larger boost could be added without making bolt specs overpowered or "forcing" people to complete the achievement diary.

We could have made it higher. Indeed, we still could if we need to.
