first i dont see why adding 25 hours total played will matter if their total lvl required is 300 im thinking it should take way more then 25 hours total played anyways, also i posted earlier on make it to where from the smallest update anyone with a minimum small req can vote on it then as the importance of the updates goes up such as all the way up to a new boss it takes having the req of someone that has killed atleast 75% of the bosses in game and high total lvl and hours played so the people that votes on it have an idea of how it impacts the game for example instead of just a 300 total lvl skiller saying ehh whatever its neat and voting on it, this would vary for all updates and yes it should be switched to game only voting, you should atleast add smaller minions around all the bosses so it makes sense the main boss can drop itself in some way or if its a strange drop like vet'ion make it to where its an item you have to go through steps to summon a similar type such as a resurection book bringing a skeleton to life or something if people dont relate to game content they wont act on game content, don't like the colors make them lively colors blue/green/white maybe mixed colors or something, an npc could check ur achievment diary log to see ur reqs for voting in polls matches. make it npc's with combat fighting mobs coming from the wilderness and npc's saying danger in there and barriers and spikes pointing towards wilderness like its something rs wants to keep away from runescape
