We can change it, but you'll note that "every other bank" has the NPC's Talk-to option at the top of his/her ops. You can left-click Bank by clicking on the GE's booth, just like you can by left-clicking on a bankbooth.

It is possible to have a GE site, and we intend to get one.
But yes, we'd also like to have the raw data available to the community.
