How do randoms work in f2p? Are they optional or do they work as they used to be?
Because if there isn't an evil tree random, rune axes will be extremely hard to get for f2p iron man, since there is no way to get one without 86 smithing.

How do you boost smithing 5 lvls on f2p?

Starter kit tool

To help aid the community in F2P based events and helping give new players a great start to the game, we've given access to a spawner tool to some members of the community. Clan leaders, livestreamers and players focusing on hosting F2P events will be able to use this tool to spawn a limited number of starter kits each day for new or returning players during events.

I don't like the idea of only a select few getting access to any certain feature. I'd like to know what exactly is inside these starter kits, how their creation and distribution is regulated, and whether there is any potential for abuse by those who can create them.
